   Sammanfattning : Purpose – The purpose with this report is to investigate how the pulse methodology can affect the internal information and communication flow in a manufacturing industry. To fulfill the purpose, four research questions have been formulated: What should the information visualized on the pulse board be based on? What kind of information can be communicated back and forth to the pulse methodology? What value-adding information can an employee miss on the pule board that affects the internal information and communication flow? How can the employees’ internal information and communication flow be affected by getting the missing information visualized on the pulse board?
