   Sammanfattning : Syfte och frågeställningar: Studiens syfte är att undersöka och problematisera hur homosocialitet manifesteras via distanseringar till kvinnor och misogyna diskurser inom MGTOW-rörelsen på det svenska diskussionsforumet Flashback. Studiens frågeställningar lyder: Vilka maskuliniteter konstrueras och eftersträvas i inkluderingsprocessen och vilka gör inte det? Hur används hat och distans till kvinnor som gemensamhetsskapande för männen? Vilka strategier synliggörs på forumet för att männen ska kunna återfå en maktposition? Metod och material: Studien har en kvalitativ ansats där Faircloughs kritiska diskursanalys och den tredimensionella modellen utgjorde studiens analysmetod. LÄS MER

   Sammanfattning : The main aim of this thesis was to examine the ‘Men Going Their Own Way’ (r/MGTOW) community on Reddit. This aim was carried out by exploring (1) the themes perpetuated in the community, (2) how r/MGTOW fits in the contemporary ‘manosphere’, (3) the linguistic identity of its users, (4) the presence of hegemonic and inclusive masculinity, and lastly (5) the role of social media logics on r/MGTOW.
