Studiens frågeställningar lyder: Vilka maskuliniteter konstrueras och eftersträvas i inkluderingsprocessen och vilka gör inte det? Hur används hat och distans till kvinnor som gemensamhetsskapande för männen? Vilka strategier synliggörs på forumet för att männen ska kunna återfå en maktposition?
