  1. 1. Method for Monitoring and Analyzing Lead-Acid Batteries

    Kandidat-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :Simon Chobot; Johan Hanssen; [2019]
    Nyckelord :Lead-acid battery; BMU; Current sensing; Magneto resistive; Blybatteri; BMU; Strömmätning; Magnetoresisitv;

    Sammanfattning : Lead-acid batteries today are commonly used in the automotive industry with a considerable span of purposes, yet historically, a primary purpose of cranking the engine at ignition which does demand a high current drainage from a battery. These high drainages later result in a health implication which can be hard to detect without the proper tools and this thesis focuses on the development of those tools. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Investigation of magnetic sensors and hardware design of a sensor platform for human-computer interaction purposes

    Master-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/Fysik och elektroteknik; Linköpings universitet/Tekniska högskolan

    Författare :Christopher Forsmark; [2017]
    Nyckelord :magnetic sensor; sensor; PCB; sensor network; texas instruments; cc2640; bq24075; hmc5983; human-computer interaction; inverted-f; antenna; honeywell; magneto resistive; hardware; emc;

    Sammanfattning : Company A develops algorithms and hardware for the application of magnet tracking, to be able to use a dipole magnet as an interaction tool between humans and computers. This master thesis investigates the available magnetic sensors through a market survey and practical testing of a selection of the sensors in purpose to determine the most suitable magnetic sensor and magnetic sensor technology for the application of magnet tracking. 3. 3. Improving Wheel Speed Sensing and Estiamtion

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Lunds universitet/Institutionen för reglerteknik

    Författare :Mathias Magnusson; Christian Trobro; [2003]
    Nyckelord :Technology and Engineering;

    Sammanfattning : This master thesis project commissioned by Haldex Brake Products AB (in Landskrona, Sweden), and in association with the Department of Automatic Control, Lund Institute of Technology, deals with the problem of correct wheel speed measurements. Investigation into different types of sensors, Inductive-, Hall Effect- and Magneto-Resistive sensors have been carried out, which are sensors that may be used, when measuring the velocity of a wheel.
