The objective of this thesis is to investigate the potential of the rooftops for installing PV system on a small scale of 30 multifamily houses in Gothenburg divided into four categories of age, location, roof type, and ventilation system. The implementation date for this regulation is on January the 1st, 2020 and entail a maximum sulphur content of 0.5%, in contrast to the current sulphur content limit in global waters of 3.5%.     Sammanfattning : Med skenade bunkerkostnader och överdimensionerade motorinstallationer har allt fler handelsfartyg börjat operera under benämningen slow steaming, vilket innebär att sotbränderna har ökat i avgaspannor/ekonomiser och i en del extrema fall har branden övergått till en vätgasbrand.
