    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this master’s thesis is to help the chosen organizations’, Luossavaara Kiirunavaara Aktiebolag (LKAB), quality workers with at least one proposal on work procedures, as well as a plan to implement the procedure and a plan on how to do the follow up.
