    Sammanfattning : The financial crisis of 2007-2008 highlighted the societal impacts of bank risk-taking. A strong focus on maximizing profits for shareholders combined with a disregard for, and  underestimation of risks led to the downfall of large banks such as Lehman Brothers and multiple other banks getting bailed out by several governments and other banks.     Sammanfattning : This paper examines the effect of Covid-19 on green and brown funds in the Swedish Premium Pension System (PPS). We apply the methodology derived in Berk and van Binsbergen (2015) in a difference-in-difference model with time-fixed effects to estimate the average effect of Covid-19 on green funds for both value added and conventional alpha measures.     Sammanfattning : The emissions of greenhouse gases need to be cut by 45% between 2010 and 2030 and reach net-zero by around 2050 (IPCC, 2018) to limit global temperature-rise to 1,5 degrees C. More companies are committing to net-zero emissions, but the overall emissions of greenhouse gases in the world are still going up, and previous research shows that there is an implementation gap and lack of plans in companies.
