    Sammanfattning : The aim of this thesis is to conduct a discourse analysis on Texas’ and Mexico’s abortion policies from September 2021 by applying Bacchi’s ‘What’s the problem represented to be?’ method, together with a theoretical framework based in reproductive governance and SRHR. The research questions are: what is the problem of abortion represented to be in these policies, and to what extent the discourses presented in said policies align with the views on abortion communicated by the Catholic Church.     Sammanfattning : This essay examines the depiction of women’s mental health and the effects which societal ideals have on it in Charlotte Perkins Gilman’s “The Yellow Wallpaper” and Sylvia Plath’s The Bell Jar.     Sammanfattning : The aim of this study is to highlight the emergence and spread of black protest, with a focus on Warsaw and Cracow in Poland, as well as Malmö in Sweden, from the participants’ perspective. Together with a historical background and theoretical discussion, I analysed the “Voices of Women” petition from the International Women’s Strike, and five qualitative research interviews with participants of the strikes.
