  1. 1. Independent validation of a system for real-time localization of the prostate during motion tracking radiotherapy

    Kandidat-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Fysiska institutionen

    Författare :Klara Stefansson; [2024]
    Nyckelord :Technology and Engineering;

    Sammanfattning : Intrafractional prostate motion during external beam radiotherapy of prostate tumors has been reported as a limiting factor in accurate treatment delivery. Technology for real-time image-guided radiotherapy has been introduced for tracking and for compensating prostate motion during treatment and could allow for reduced target margins. LÄS MER

  2. 2. The State of Live Facial Puppetry in Online Entertainment

    Magister-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/Medie- och Informationsteknik; Linköpings universitet/Tekniska fakulteten

    Författare :Lisa Gren; Denny Lindberg; [2024]
    Nyckelord :Facial Puppetry; Face Tracking; Real-time Rendering; Motion Capture; Computer Vision; 3D Modeling; Virtual Avatars; Augmented Reality; Machine Learning; Game Development;

    Sammanfattning : Avatars are used more and more in online communication, in both games and socialmedia. At the same time technology for facial puppetry, where expressions of the user aretransferred to the avatar, has developed rapidly. LÄS MER

  3. 3. A small step for a sensor : Detecting limited spatial movement with mobile AR

    Master-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/Institutionen för datavetenskap

    Författare :Johan Fallström; [2023]
    Nyckelord :computer-science; software; development; software development; ar; augmented reality; unity; ar foundation; arkit; arcore; exergame; heart failure; rehabilitation; world tracking; mobile ar; mobile augmented reality; movement tracking; p-iii; heart-exg; exergaming; step counter; spatial movement; slam;

    Sammanfattning : In this paper, a technical overview will be provided for a developed mobile exergame, with a particular focus on its movement tracking. By utilizing spatial movement readout from the AR algorithm, we've managed to create an easy to use exergame that allows the user to track their horizontal movement. LÄS MER

  4. 4. Designing micro exertion game for 2-minute active breaks with ML-agent-based skeletal tracking act the Godot Engine

    Kandidat-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/Institutionen för datavetenskap

    Författare :Mohamad Shafeah; Rayan Bayat; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Exergame; mining exergame; 2-min-exergame.;

    Sammanfattning : This thesis presents the design and development of an innovative exergame aimed atcombating the adverse effects of sedentary lifestyles, particularly prevalent among officeworkers and gamers. The game, built using the open-source Godot game engine andGoogle's MediaPipe machine learning framework, utilizes motion capture technology totranslate real-world player movements into in-game actions. 5. 5. Multiple-Emitter Super-resolution Imaging using the Alternating Descent Conditional Gradient Method

    Kandidat-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Beräkningsbiologi och biologisk fysik - Genomgår omorganisation; Lunds universitet/Institutionen för astronomi och teoretisk fysik - Genomgår omorganisation

    Författare :Dolev Illouz; [2023]
    Nyckelord :super-resolution; alternating descent conditional gradient method; ADCG; multiple-emitter localization; nanoscale imaging; single molecule tracking; Physics and Astronomy;

    Sammanfattning : This thesis examines the state-of-the-art 2D super-resolution technique alternating descent conditional gradient (ADCG) method's ability to accurately localize fluorophores in diffraction-limited single molecule images (SMI) and analyze the impact of pre-processing and post-processing modules on ADCG's fluorophore localization. A synthetic dataset obtained from the 2013 Grand Challenge localization microscopy and a temporally linked dataset obtained from an unpublished set of Optical DNA mapping experiments performed by Jonathan Jeffet at the NanoBioPhotonix Lab at Tel-Aviv University were initially segmented to extract their noise parameters.
