    Sammanfattning : Our thesis revolves around how intrinsically motivational incentives can be created by using gameplay elements and features instead of creating motivation with extrinsically mediated rewards. We find problems with achievement systems being too focused on rewarding players extrinsically instead of adding to the increase in motivation along with the gameplay experience. LÄS MER

Gymnasieelever med hög frånvaro (n=89) blockrandomiserades till antingen två sessioner Motivational Interviewing eller någon av de två kontrollgrupperna, som erhöll validerande samtal respektive ingen intervention.     Sammanfattning : The purpose of this study was to examine and understand the motives employees on a particular workplace have towards physical activity and inactivity. This was done using the transtheoretical model which divides people into the five different stages representing each individual's motivational readiness for change towards a more physically active lifestyle and then comparing contemplation stage (inactive) with maintenance stage (active).
