    Sammanfattning : Syftet med den här studien var att undersöka om det fanns någon skillnad i hur privat och offentligt anställda uppfattades i fråga om värme och kompetens samt om detta påverkade bedömningen av jobblämplighet. De tre hypoteser som prövades i studien var att kandidater som har varit offentligt anställda bedömdes högre på värme än privat anställda, kandidater som har varit privat anställda bedömdes högre på kompetens än offentligt anställda samt att det fanns en skillnad i bedömningen av hur lämplig en kandidat värderades för ett specifikt jobb beroende på om personen hade varit offentligt eller privat anställd.
