    Sammanfattning : The objective with this research is to see how a change of habits affect my artistic process and expression. Realizing that the habits I have developed over the years have become an obstacle to my creativity, I wanted to see if there are any changes to my attitude after implementing habitual changes in my creative process and in my personal life.
