    Sammanfattning : In this study, I examine the extent of earnings management in Nordic initial public offerings ("IPOs") and the impact of third-parties, with emphasis on financial sponsors (private equity, venture capital and family-owned investment companies).     Sammanfattning : This paper examines the personnel evaluation system for a company within the financial services sector. The aim is to test if there is a gender bias in the evaluation system that is said to directly have effect on worker's remuneration.
