    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this paper was to examine how the bullying discourse differs depending on if the person bullying is a student or an employee at the school. Cases from Skolinspektionen and Barn- och elevombudsmannen was analysed using Faircloughs three dimensional critical discourse analysis to be able to identify how the disocurse differs depending on who has been bullying.
