Förekomsten av bandmask hos vuxna hästar har studerats i många länder och prevalensen har varierat, i Sverige har undersökningar visat prevalenser mellan 3–65 % vilket bland annat är beroende av analysmetoden.     Sammanfattning : This bachelor's thesis has investigated four different hydrogels loaded in different solvents efficiency to remove unknown ink from four pelvic bones and one skull from five bear individuals that belongs to The Swedish Museum of Natural History. The experimental part of the thesis consists of an FTIR analysis together with microscopy and macroscopy analysis of the ink on the bear skeletons, as well as some tests of different gel-solvent combinations on a moose skull.     Sammanfattning : Developing and testing software in the automotive industry and in the research of autonomous vehicles requires the costly querying of multidimensional data recorded from such a vehicle’s various sensors. Through encoding such data using space filling curves, faster queries could be achieved by reducing multiple dimensions into a singular dimension, while exploiting the patterns that emerge in the one-dimensional representation to still get accurate search results.
