Master-uppsats, Umeå universitet/Institutionen för fysikSammanfattning : A Vernier spectrometer is built with a near-infrared mode-locked Er:doped fiber laser, a Fabry-Perot cavity with finesse of 1000, a diffraction grating and a photo detector.
