För att besvara syftet har naturområdet Skutberget i Karlstad valts ut och etableringen av Muminvärlden utifrån frågeställningarna: Hur värderas naturområdet Skutberget som plats? samt Vad har invånarna för inställning till etableringen av en Muminvärld på Skutberget?
