    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this thesis is to study the relationship between management control systems (MCS) and work, literature about the modern way to work and organize companies. The aim is to compare the change of balance in the MCS in a small Swedish company within the wholesaler sector during the last ten years and investigate how development of work has affected it.
