Dessa växelfel beror ofta på att snö och is fastnar i växeln och på så vis förhindrar växelns huvudfunktion. My research question here is: if we will put torture against terror suspects in a legal framework will that help us to fight terrorism or it will creates more instability in the world and result in more terror acts ?
