This study explores the use of narratives employed by Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelenskyy while shedding light on their techniques and the construction of competing narratives in the context of the conflict in Ukraine. Drawing on narrative theory and Philip Smith's narrative genres, the study aims to examine the leaders’ competing understandings and their use of emotions and notions of threat in relation to the Ukrainian conflict.    Sammanfattning : Syftet med studien är att belysa uppfattningar hos tränare/ledare för kvinnliga idrottare om menstruationscykeln (MC) och periodiserad träning (PDT) i svenska föreningar och klubbar. Frågeställning 1: Vilken upplevd kännedom har tränare/ledare kring MC, PDT samt de aktivas kännedom? Frågeställning 2: Hur uppfattar tränare/ledare kommunikationen gällande MC samt PDT med deras aktiva? Frågeställning 3: Finns det eventuella skillnader i förutsättningarför att arbeta utifrån MC och PDT?  Vald metod för datainsamling var kvalitativ intervju genomförd som panelintervju med en semistrukturerad intervjuguide.
