    Sammanfattning : Previous research showed that the three leadership styles in the CPE-model (Change-, Production- & Employee-centered leadership) varies in efficiency. Further research showed that prior performances has a positive correlation with collective efficacy. The relationship between the CPE-model and collective efficacy, however has not been researched.
