Konceptet IVA outreach skapades för att tidigt identifiera patienter med risk för försämring och behov av intensivvård, bättra utskrivningsprocessen från IVA till vårdavdelning, och stödja sjuksköterskor på vårdavdelning i att vårda patienter med komplexa omvårdnadsbehov.
