    Sammanfattning : The  purpose of the study was to enhance the understanding of what is affected and eligible technology and the direct supervision of the offices on the basis of the employee's perspective. Where the issues were the following:   What legitimizes the technology and the direct supervision according to the workers? How does the integrity of the employee's effekt the acceptance of the technology and the direct supervision of the open plan offices?    To carry out the study, participated twelve workers from two different organizations.
