    Sammanfattning : With this essay, we hope to contribute to an understanding of the complex situation many of our future colleague’s face on a daily basis. The purpose of this study is to examine the experiences of preschool personnel regarding the reporting, silencing, or avoidance of addressing violations within the preschool's operations, and the significance of different loyalties and conflicts among preschool educators, principals, and guardians in such circumstances.
