    Sammanfattning : The aim of this thesis is to point out the importance of the ‘Communication Gap’ that exists within a leader-follower relationship, to present the factors that contribute to its creation and increase and to explain for which aspects either leaders or followers are responsible. Throughout this thesis, leaders will become aware how they personally contribute to the arising of the ‘Composition and the Perception Asymmetry’, which construct together the so-called ‘Communication Gap’.
