    Sammanfattning : Den här studien undersöker hur belåningsgrad och månadsavgift i bostadsrättsföreningar påverkar slutpriset under kalenderår 2019 på bostadsrätter i Göteborgs kommun. Frågeställningen är följande: Tar köpare på bostadsmarknaden hänsyn till den förhöjda risken förknippad med högre belåningsgrad i bostadsrättsföreningar genom ett justerat slutpris, och hur påverkas månadsavgiften av en högre belåningsgrad? Slutpris och avgift tas i beaktande per kvadratmeter för att underlätta jämföranden mellan olika bostadsrätter. LÄS MER
