   Sammanfattning : Syfte och frågeställningar Syftet med studien var att undersöka om amenorré samt låg energitillgång förekommer bland kvinnliga CrossFitutövare. Fyra frågeställningar besvaras i studien: 1) Hur ser förekomsten av amenorré ut bland kvinnor som utövar CrossFit? 2) Finns det ett samband mellan träningsfrekvens/intensitet och förekomst av amenorré? 3) Finns det ett samband mellan kaloriintag och förekomst av amenorré? 4) Finns det ett samband mellan restriktiv kost och förekomst av amenorré? Metod Studien är en kvantitativ tvärsnittsstudie och genomfördes med hjälp av en enkätundersökning för att identifiera nivåer av träningsvanor, kostintag samt frånvaro av menstruation. LÄS MER
