   Sammanfattning : The aim of this study was to investigate the motivational work in needle exchanges. The analysis was based on two theories; a theory of Per Revstedt and the pygmalioneffect. A national survey from 2001 report that motivational work is a necessity in a successful addiction treatment. On the other hand the same survey also identifies a lack of evidence-based methods.
