  1. 6. Morphological study of PS/PMMA-matrix on glass, related to vapour pressure, mass-fraction, and size

    Kandidat-uppsats, Karlstads universitet/Institutionen för ingenjörs- och kemivetenskaper (from 2013)

    Författare :Gustav Larsson; [2023]
    Nyckelord :organic solar cells; polymer; morphology; film; AFM;

    Sammanfattning : The objective of this study is to observe how changing amount or ratio between dried mixes of poly-methyl-methacrylate and poly-styrene change the surface appearance, and how the results might inform future design of Organic photovoltaic cells, whom are based on polymer mixtures and heavenly dependent on the arrangement of polymers. An atomic force microscope was used on glass surfaces coated in a poly-methyl-methacrylate/poly-styrene matrix and dried from either dichloromethane or ethyl-acetate to determine surface appearance. 2. 7. Estimating Photovoltaic capacity using customs data : Model development of the tool NJORD and photovoltaics' characterization and impact on the African continent

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Uppsala universitet/Byggteknik och byggd miljö

    Författare :Albin Åbrink; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Photovoltaic; Trade analysis; Development Goals; Africa;

    Sammanfattning : Photovoltaics (PV) is one of the fastest growing power sources in the world in the last twenty years, being the most installed power source in almost half of the world's countries in 2020. Despite this, precise tracking of installations of PV does not exist in most of the world's markets due to PVs unique scalability and modularity. LÄS MER

  3. 8. Solar Photovoltaic Thermal Collectors and Ground Source Heat Pumps for Commercial Buildings : Case study in Sweden

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för industriell teknik och management (ITM)

    Författare :Doris Dijak; Elin Torstensson; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Ground Source Heat Pump; Photovoltaic Thermal Collectors; Borehole Thermal Energy Storage; Free Cooling.; Bergvärmepumpssystem; Termiska Solceller; Borrhålsbaserade Termiska Energilager; Frikyla.;

    Sammanfattning : In order to reduce emissions from the building sector, which stands for than a fifth of the global energy consumption today, efficient and fossil free heating and cooling systems are of importance. This study investigates the combination of solar photovoltaic thermal collectors and ground source heat pump systems in order to regenerate energy to the ground in combination with free cooling. 4. 9. CO-LOCATION OF WIND AND SOLAR POWER IN SOUTHERN SWEDEN

    Master-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Institutionen för geovetenskaper

    Författare :Michail Iakovos Dragasis; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Hybrid renewable energy system; Profitability; Lithium-ion battery storage system;

    Sammanfattning : This paper examines the possibility of adding a photovoltaic(PV) power station to an already planned wind park in terms of profitability. At this time, southern Sweden’s grid is facing a number of challenges and is hurting economic development. Hybrid parks have showed to be able to tackle some of those challenges. LÄS MER
