    Sammanfattning : Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur möjligheterna för anställning ser ut för tidigare alkoholmissbrukare, detta utifrån ett arbetsgivarperspektiv. Syftet besvaras utifrån två frågeställningar: Hur ställer sig arbetsgivare till att anställa personer med ett före detta alkoholmissbruk? Vilka attityd kring alkoholmissbruk finns bland arbetsgivare?
