   Sammanfattning : Fungi excrete a wide variety of extracellular enzymes to scavenge for nutrients, such as the often scarce yet essential nutrient nitrogen. All fungi produce highly specialized hydrolytic enzymes, e.g. peptidases, that depolymerize organic molecules. LÄS MER
