    Sammanfattning : The overarching purpose of this work was to measure the level of psychotherapeutic competence at HVB (residential care) for children and adolescents in Sweden today, to determine how many HVBs that say they offer CBT; the competence of CBT at those HVBs and how this competence is secured.
