    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this study was to obtain an in-depth understanding of how the transition from the working life to the life as a retired person was experienced by different elderly in the ages between 60-80 years. To answer the purpose, three questions was designed, how is the transition experienced between working life and retired life? How is social life experienced after retirement? What does social activities has for importance in retirees lives and how does it affects the emotional energy?     Sammanfattning : The aim of this study is to examine how active participants in Alcoholics Anonymous experience the importance of social support and motivation within the group to maintain sobriety, and how this was affected by the covid-19 pandemic. The purpose is answered based on two questions: What significance does social support and motivation have for individual participants in Alcoholics Anonymous for maintaining sobriety? What opportunities have existed to provide continued social support during the pandemic and has the pandemic affected the motivation of the individual participants? The study uses a qualitative method consisting of semi-structured interviews with two active participants in Alcoholics Anonymous and six active participants who hold a position of trust as group service representatives in Alcoholics Anonymous.     Sammanfattning : The aim of this study was to examine the managers view on how Covid-19 has affected the social cohesion in organizations. The questions that were in focus in this study was: How did managers experience that social cohesion has changed during Covid-19? Which tools has the managers used to manage the social cohesion during Covid-19? And also, what difficulties does the managers experience that exist around the social cohesion in the organization? The goal with this study was to illustrate the importance of social cohesion in organizations and it will enhance the awareness of management responsibilities. LÄS MER
