    Sammanfattning : The aim of this study was to examine how young employees working at a housing unit for unaccompanied refugee minors experience that the relation to their clients and colleagues is affected by their age and gender. We found the intersectional perspective to be a useful theory for our analysis as well as the concept of age-coding and age-categorization. LÄS MER
