   Sammanfattning : To summarize the results, all three groups experienced an increase in time to exercise, spent less time at the fitness centers and more outdoors. However, the larger contrast between the groups was that the Decreased group had more cancellation of training and closed fitness centers which gave them fewer opportunities to exercise and tended to worry more about the spread of the virus.
