    Sammanfattning : In older buildings there is a great potential for energy savings since there is a lotof newer technical as well as alternative solutions which were not available, or, nonexisting during the time of construction. Among such solutions, this thesis will focus on solutions of which no reconstructions are required, with emphasis on demand regulated ventilation and heat as well as insulating curtains and blinds.
