   Sammanfattning : This report will examine how condominium prices vary with respect to the distance from the city center in 20 major cities in Sweden. With regression analysis three models are construct-ed for each city to predict the price of a condominium in the city with a known set of variables such as area, monthly fee and distance from city center.
