    Sammanfattning : The study explain the phenomena of Culture of silence in an organization and how it effect the organization and Employees’ Performance. For the current study researcher conducted seven interviews, the analysis of interviews suggest that there is no culture of organizational silence in the University of Gavle, they have a smooth communication flow within organization and their employer appreciated the ideas of employees, there is e friendly atmosphere between employee and boss and satisfaction level of employees is higher towards organization and it is shown in the theoretical framework that organizational silence is greatly associated with organizational performance as well as employee performance because organizational silence effect communication flow which stops important information within organization which can be very useful for organization and employees performance.
