   Sammanfattning : The purpose of this study is to examine the experience of the relationship an individual has towards his workplace after parental leave, which will be done by answering three questions; how will a parent see the return to his workplace after his parental leave? How will the workplace differ after the parental leave? And how can the parent differ between his work and private life? In order to answer these three questions, we have executed seven qualitative interviews with employees with different positions within different companies. We have with the help of previous research been able to illustrate topics such as balance between work and private life, organisational culture and how parental leave affects employee promotions at the workplace.
