    Sammanfattning : The purpose of the study is to investigate how preschool teachers work to develop each child's language development in reading aloud situations. Based on the purpose, the following questions were formulated: In what ways do preschool teachers challenge each child individually in their language development in read-aloud situations? and Which factors do the preschool teachers describe as decisive for how the adaptations look in reading aloud situations?
