    Sammanfattning : Tidigare internationell forskning visar att elevers läsmotivation på lågstadiet är den viktigaste förutsägelsen för hur mycket eleven läser, samt att mängden av läsning är av stor vikt både för läsförmågan och för elevernas kunskapsinhämtning i olika ämnen.
