    Sammanfattning : This work concerns the polyfunctionality and grammaticalization of an item bule in the under described Tanzanian Bantu languages, Kutu, Kwere, and Zalamo. Through collection and analysis of field data, it is shown that the original adverbial element bule ‘for free, in vain, for no reason’ has developed a wide range of functions within the domain of non-standard negation. Previous research has discussed how the concept of moment is encoded lexically in English, Ancient Greek, and Ancient Egyptian.     Sammanfattning : This study examines how Swedish and English adjectives relating to the semantic domain of SADNESS are used and what some of their semantic and syntactic characteristics are. The primary objectives of this study are to determine whether the adjectives in question are used more often attributively or predicatively, whether they are used more frequently along with the semantic role of stimulus or experiencer and whether there are any syntactic, semantic or lexical disparities in how Swedish and English encode the domain of SADNESS.     Sammanfattning : The goal of this work is to contribute to the understanding of the framing typological domain of motion events in Brazilian Portuguese (BP) and European Portuguese (EP) through corpus analysis of intransitive pleonastic double Path constructions, which are constructions that express ‘the same’ trajectory in both the verb and its satellite.
