    Sammanfattning : Bisexual individuals are often construed as ‘half homosexuals’, and thus seen as less vulnerable to sexual minority intolerance and persecution. According to bisexuality scholars, however, bisexual individuals are subjected to double discrimination, as they are marginalised both by the heteronormative society and the homosexual minority group.     Sammanfattning : In August 2022, the CJEU confirmed the existence of indirectly sensitive personal data, leaving critical questions unanswered. While certain data may unequivocally and indirectly disclose sensitive information, a vast amount of data can be used to indirectly deduce such sensitive data only through mere indication. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : This quantitative content analysis, with a theoretical framework based on framing theory and Hallin’s Spheres, studies how Swedish newspapers reported on a debate surrounding Drag Story Hour (DSH) and the Sweden Democrats (SD) wanting to stop it, during a one-year period. This study analyzes news articles, as well as opinion-based publications in newspapers, to study the representation of different actors and their opinions, as well as the authors’ opinions and framing of DSH and SD’s aim to stop it.
