  1. 1. Exploring serial positioning effects in Claeson-Dahl's Test for verbal learning and retention – a naturalistic study

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Lunds universitet/Institutionen för psykologi

    Författare :Hampus Fritz; [2024]
    Nyckelord :serial positioning effect; Claeson-Dahl’s Test for verbal learning and retention; neuropsychology; memory; word list; Seriepositionseffekten; Claeson-Dahls Test för inlärning och minne; neuropsykolog; minne; ordlista; Social Sciences;

    Sammanfattning : Serial positioning effects and the derived recency ratio has shown increasing promise as clinical tools for evaluating neurocognitive disorders. These measures have remained unexplored in Claeson-Dahl’s Test for verbal learning and retention (CDT). LÄS MER

  2. 2. GETTING READY TO LEARN IN VR

    Master-uppsats, Göteborgs universitet/Institutionen för pedagogik, kommunikation och lärande

    Författare :Alice Zupančič; [2023-10-10]
    Nyckelord :VR; Virtual reality; collaborative VR; collaborative learning; immersive virtual environments; virtual learning environments; user onboarding; VR onboarding;

    Sammanfattning : Purpose: VR’s unique affordances offer significant potential for education, but the steep learning curve hinders users from fully benefiting from the technology. Onboarding plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between novice users and the complexities of collaborative VR environments, contributing to the broader goal of making VR education more accessible and user-friendly. 3. 3. Multi-Agent Deep Reinforcement Learning in Warehouse Environments

    Kandidat-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :John Cao; Mikael Hammarling; [2023]
    Nyckelord :;

    Sammanfattning : This report presents a deep reinforcement algorithm for multi-agent systems based on the classicalDeep Q-Learning algorithm. The method considers a decentralized approach to controlling theagents, by equipping each agent with its own neural network and replay memory. LÄS MER

  4. 4. A Conjugate Residual Solver with Kernel Fusion for massive MIMO Detection

    Master-uppsats, Högskolan i Halmstad/Centrum för forskning om tillämpade intelligenta system (CAISR)

    Författare :Ioannis Broumas; [2023]
    Nyckelord :MIMO; massive MIMO; GPU; CUDA; Software Defined Radio; SDR; MMSE; ZF; zero-forcing; parallel detection; iterative methods; conjugate residual; parallel computing; kernel fusion;

    Sammanfattning : This thesis presents a comparison of a GPU implementation of the Conjugate Residual method as a sequence of generic library kernels against implementations ofthe method with custom kernels to expose the performance gains of a keyoptimization strategy, kernel fusion, for memory-bound operations which is to makeefficient reuse of the processed data. For massive MIMO the iterative solver is to be employed at the linear detection stageto overcome the computational bottleneck of the matrix inversion required in theequalization process, which is 𝒪(𝑛3) for direct solvers. 5. 5. Rivningar som bygger minnen : En kvalitativ analys av minnesyttringar kring lokala skolbyggnader genom sociala media

    Kandidat-uppsats, Malmö universitet/Fakulteten för lärande och samhälle (LS)

    Författare :Jakob Westin; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Collective memories; school buildings; industry town; demolition;

    Sammanfattning : The presence of schools in our lives can not be overstated. In regards to life experiences, school could be argued to be the single most common part of our lives. Memories from school are particularly present throughout one’s life journey and forms the identities of all through powerful memories; good and bad. LÄS MER
