In the present study, Rhesus Macaques (Macaca mulatta) gene expression profiles obtained during vaccination with promising candidate vaccines against Simian Immunodeficiency Virus (SIV) were processed with a rule-based supervised machine learning approach to analyze the effects of vaccine combination treatment.
