    Sammanfattning : In this academic essay I explore and reflect upon number of a number of questions arising from a dilemma. The dilemma comes from a situation where primary teachers with a specialization in extended school education (“recreation centre teachers”) is subject to contradictory demands and expectations in their job situation.
