    Sammanfattning : This paper examines the way in which the Swedish government under Ulf Kristersson’s leadership constructs the problem and argue about environmental politics. Using Carol Bacchi’s “What’s the problem represented to be?”- approach and Maarten Hajer’s concept of “storylines” this paper highlight how the Kristersson administration constructs the problem with the Swedish environmental policy and how the discourse is shifted using argumentative storylines.     Sammanfattning : In 2021, the Icelandic government stated that Iceland will implement an energy transition plan with the goal of becoming a 100% carbon neutral and fossil free nation by 2040, furthermore, that a doubling in renewable energy production was needed to reach that goal. Because On the Jellicoe Road depicts an orphan character’s coming of age, attention is additionally brought to the novel’s portrayal of how identity and identities are displayed in relation to the overall mystery that finding one’s family creates.
