    Sammanfattning : The study aims to increase the understanding of how the rhetorical device enthymeme is used in a Swedish party leader debate on the show Agenda on SVT. The study also chooses a more complex and problematized description of enthymemes where they are seen as more than rhetorical syllogisms, and which suggests they can act as methods for analyzing discursive practices.     Sammanfattning : With the growing number of migrants, could a populist migrant party succeed in Sweden just like the party Denk in the Netherlands? By applying Akkermans populism scale and the immigrant hypothesis this study strives to begin to answer this question by looking into one of the country’s largest migrant populations: Arab-Swedes. Through a survey (N=333) three aspects are measured (1) How populist are Arab-Swedes? (2) How is their populism expressed? (3) Is there a vacuum in Swedish politics that these attitudes can fill? This study finds that Arab-Swedes are indeed more populist than the average Swedish population, but less than the average eastern and southern European. LÄS MER
