    Sammanfattning : By conducting a qualitative single case study on a Swedish acquisition, this paper aims to examine the implications on Performance Management Systems post-acquisition, where the acquiree is characterized by a strong culture. By analyzing the findings from nine interviews using the framework of technocratic and socio-ideological controls by Alvesson & Kärreman (2004), we found a significant interplay in the controls. Three research questions are addressed: - What are the practical implications of the increased attention given to the cultural sector by international development agencies in Mozambique? - How does the depoliticization of the Mozambican cultural sector manifest itself? - How do these depoliticization processes reflect broader dynamics between the cultural sector and development in Mozambique?     Sammanfattning : A preliminary technical framing of climate change in the evidence of citizens' climate assemblies (CCAs) might lead to closing down policy options and ignoring other sides of climate change, such as questions of power. A limited range of frames can negatively impact epistemic conditions for deliberation and lead to decreased engagement by participants who do not share the values proposed by the dominant frames.
