    Sammanfattning : Uppsatsen undersöker hur skolledare och skolpräster på fyra gymnasieskolor i en stad i södra Sverige tänker kring krisarbete på den egna skolan. Problemformuleringen består av tre frågor: Hur ser rektorer respektive skolpräster på skolans krisberedskap? Hur bedrivs arbetet vid kris? Hur resonerar man kring kris och katastrof ur ett pedagogiskt perspektiv? I uppsatsens litteraturstudium diskuteras olika aspekter av kris- katastrofhantering såsom riskanalys och utformningen av en krisplan, ledarskapets betydelse vid krissituationer, bemötande av elever i sorg samt pedagogiska perspektiv på kris och katastrof.
