De sex frågeställningar som var centrala för studien var: Kan en intervention inom transformativt ledarskap riktat mot tränare, förändra spelarnas uppfattning om deras tränares ledarskap inom 1) autonomistödjande (AS), 2) kompetensstödjande (KS), 3) tillhörighet (T), 4) autonomimotverkande (AM), 5) kompetensmotverkande (KM) och 6) tillhörighetmotverkande (TM)?
